- To talk loud so that we can hear what's said.
- To define the subject
- Don't be nervous
- Look at people not at the table
- Tell don't read.
- Tell it with words people understand, be aware of terms.
- Appropriate words
- Pronunciation of the words.
- Know who's suppose to be the receiver.
- Don't read from a book!
